A2AI by GrowthToolBox functions as an operational integration layer. We collect only the information you explicitly submit through our contact forms or simulated demo forms. This includes company names, email addresses, and domain URLs.
2. Zero-Retention LLM Policy
When processing business descriptions or local reviews to generate DISC behavioral profiles or client intelligence metrics, A2AI routes payloads through secure API proxies. We maintain binding agreements with AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) that explicitly prohibit the caching, storage, or training of LLMs on your submitted datasets.
3. CRM and Database Integrity
Lead details are pushed directly to your designated CRM endpoint (HubSpot/Salesforce) using secure OAuth 2.0 channels. We do not store copies of your customer records on our public routing servers, preventing data leakage.
4. SOC 2 Framework Alignment
Our infrastructure maintains strict access controls, logging, and audit records in alignment with SOC 2 compliance frameworks. If you require a full audit log or custom data-processing addendum (DPA), please submit a setup request.
